Alumasc brochure details flat-roofing systems

Alumasc has launched a technical brochure on its range of Derbigum flat-roofing and waterproofing systems.

The brochure includes full technical data on all aspects of the Derbigum range of high-performance roofing and waterproofing membranes, which offer flexibility, excellent fire ratings, stronger reinforcement and ease of application.

The revised layout comprises clear, concise Derbigum membrane and installation method summaries, along with a systems selector for built-up, single-layer, green-roof, cool-roof and structural waterproofing solutions.

These are fully supported by full specification options and design considerations for new-build and re-roofing projects, with enhanced system graphics and application details.

New additions to the Derbigum offer covered in the brochure are the Derbibrite and Derbigum GC membranes.

Derbibrite is an energy-saving cool-roof waterproofing membrane with a highly reflective, acrylic top coat that helps reduce carbon emissions and the urban heat-island effect.

It is also formulated to allow direct bonding of Derbisolar photovoltaic panels.

Alumasc's Derbigum GC structural waterproofing membrane offers a robust, cost-effective solution to civil-engineering projects such as podium decks, plazas and hard landscaping schemes.

Derbigum membranes are manufactured under the ISO 14001:2004 environmental standard and achieve the highest available fire ratings, BS 476 Pt 3 (EN1187 Pt 4), which allow unrestricted use under the Building Regulations.
