Recent redevelopment of Greenhill School in Pembrokeshire won an INCA award for its stunning design and finish, achieved with the help of Almura's Smoothflex cladding.

Joyner Group wanted the redevelopment of the 1250-place school to be unique and practical, so Almura's Smoothflex, coloured panelling was a perfect solution for the project.

Using Smoothflex has converted the building into a colourful, eye-catching and original structure.

It also has very practical properties making it an ideal material for the construction of an educational building.

Philip Marsh, Director of Almura Building products explains, "Smoothflex is a very appropriate material to use on this type of building because it's strong but lightweight, making it quick and easy to install".

"It's impervious to moisture and UV, making it a suitable choice for this climate and importantly it's chemical and rot- proof as well as maintenance free".

Almura's role included the cutting and supply of the product, plus ongoing consultation with contractors and clients.

Tony Sheehan, MD of Joyner Group says "I chose to use the Smoothflex product and work with Almura because they offer a high- quality and extensive range that's cut to size and delivered to coincide with our building schedule.".
