Commercial Director Andrew Hamilton explained: "There was no time to carry out a site survey so we loaded the delivery vehicle with enough flexible hose to cover any eventuality".
"We also sent a separate vehicle loaded with portable oil filled radiators to provide immediate heat whilst the Mobile Boiler was installed." The initial call to All Seasons Hire was placed at 2-30pm, by 5-30pm the same day All Seasons Hire were on site and the installation was underway.
"Some of the residents were quite frail, and the overnight weather forecast had predicted a heavy frost" The All Seasons Hire installation team quickly installed oil filled radiators into each of the resident bed rooms ensuring that they had some heating whilst the temporary boiler was installed.
All Seasons Hire engineers then worked through the night installing the Temporary Boiler, finally commissioning the unit in the early hours of the morning.
"The boiler was on line before the residents woke up, this meant that the kitchen was functioning normally, showers and basins were working and the heating system was fully operational with the minimum disruption to the residents".
