Airbloc has introduced a new high capacity recessed air curtain (ACR High Capacity) that has the velocity and volume to make it effective at mounting heights of up to four metres.

The ACR High Capacity complements the existing Airbloc range of air curtains for commercial premises.

The new addition is suitable for all larger commercial premises, such as retail outlets, out of town stores, leisure facilities, office complexes and lobby areas.

Like all Airbloc air curtains, the ACR is discreet, quiet and unobtrusive with a white RAL9010 finish non-vision grille.

The model is powerful enough to maintain separation of internal and external environments even when positioned at four metres from ground level.

The high capacity units are available in two sizes - 1.2m and 1.8m wide.

The 600mm outlet grille makes the air curtain a perfect fit for suspended modular t-bar ceiling tile systems.

At the same time, the shallow 200mm or 234mm depth ensures internal space is maximised by reducing the depth required above the suspended ceiling.

With a choice of outputs (9kW, 12kW or 18kW, according to the building's requirements), the new Airbloc ACR High Capacity can be either ambient, or electric or low-pressure hot water heated to maintain optimum internal conditions.
