Technical assistance for Ambirad and Airbloc products is now available online in the form of the support information database (SID).
This facility is designed to make it simple to find product, installation, commissioning and troubleshooting information.
The database of brochures, articles, diagrams and data tables is intended to resolve most questions about Ambirad radiant and warm-air products and Airbloc air curtains.
However, if a user's specific query does not appear to be on the database, he or she can 'Ask SID' by email.
The response from the technical support team will be emailed to the user, as well as being posted in the knowledge database.
