AMEC dispose of its precast concrete
business
AMEC announces the disposal of its precast concrete business.
AMEC plc, the international project management and services company announce that it has completed the sale of the business and assets, including certain contracts, of Buchan Concrete Solutions to the Roger Bullivant Group of Companies for an undisclosed amount Based in Byley, Cheshire, Buchan Concrete Solutions employs approximately 170 people and generated revenues of GBP29 million in the year ended 31 December 2006
