New Days Inn Hotel in East Anglia was recently completed using Alarbond composite windows from AM Profiles.

Over the last couple of months we have been battered by some very heavy winds and bad weather which has damaged property all over the country.

One building effected was the new Days Inn Hotel in East Anglia which was recently completed using Alarbond composite windows from AM Profiles.

Despite a freak storm hitting the building and ripping off part of the roof structure the windows were not effected and escaped any damage.

Alistair McBain, Managing Director of AM Profiles commented, "We test all our windows to severe weather rating in the test laboratory which caters for the worst of the British weather".

"It's good to see that even in some of the worst freak weather conditions we have experienced our Alarbond reversible windows are performing well".

When the storm struck a wide area was subject to heavy hail and high winds and many other building sustained serious damage, but fortunately no one was hurt.

Immediately after the storm a one-mile cordon was set up around the business park to ensure safety.
