Andersen Windows, the world's largest wood window manufacturer, is saving on-site costs for builders, through an unique disposable protective film applied to its windows and patio doors.

Each double glazed unit is delivered not only fully boxed and packaged, but complete with a factory applied disposable protective covering on both of the inner and outer glass surfaces to help reduce the possibility of construction site damage, scratches, handling marks or ghosting from product labels.

"As Andersen windows and patio doors are high performance, value added products careful attention is paid to packaging and delivery, so that they have one of the lowest call back rates in the industry," said Gary Hutton, General Manager of Black Millwork, distributor for Andersen Windows in the UK are Ireland.

This 400 Series is also supplied with High Performance Low-E4 self cleaning glass, as a standard, and hence at no additional charge.

Furthermore, the soft coat Low E4 argon filled double glazed units offer some of the lowest U values on the market.

In addition, the range offers all the beauty of natural wood on the interior, combined with the low maintenance benefits of its unique Perma-Shield protective system on the exterior, which does not chip, rot or blister and does not require painting.

Andersen windows and patio doors are BBA certified and come with a warranty: 20 years on the glazing and 10 years on the window itself.
