AnyTime UK fixes it for Bob The Builder

AnyTime UK, the 24 Hour Fire and Flood Emergency Response Specialists, enabled the Bob The Builder TV series to recommence production following flood damage at the film studio.

Storm damage to the roof of the industrial warehouse-style building left pooled water of up to 3 inches depth covering around 3,000 sq ft of the building.

Key consideration was that film production needed to recommence within 2 weeks of the disaster, in order to avoid significant extra cost to the client from the lost time.

After agreeing the most effective program of works with the client, standing water was extracted to mitigate further building damage.

This was followed by a sanitisation process with anti-microbial solution and deodorising agents in order to eliminate health risk from the black water contamination.

The significant volume of air in the property required turning over frequently in order to create a dry environment for moisture extraction.

This was achieved with high capacity desiccant dehumidifiers and air movers.

The drying design rapidly created the optimum air conditions for building drying and the program was completed efficiently and with minimum stripping out enablement works, therefore minimising any time consuming reinstatement works.
