A Proctor Group's vapour permeable underlay Roofshield has recently been used on a unique split level house overlooking the Forth Estuary.

The A Proctor Group's high specification, vapour permeable underlay Roofshield has recently been used on a unique split level house overlooking the Forth Estuary.

DFE Properties, the developers, specialise in building exciting and inspiring residential properties using only exceptional products and design.

Roofshield was chosen for this prestige project, which overlooks the Forth Bridge, because of the intricate insulation detailing which allowed for the rafters to be left exposed.

With it's high vapour permeability and excellent water resistance, Roofshield can be installed on both warm and cold pitched roofs without the requirement of ventilation into the roofspace and carries two British Board of Agrement Certificates for these applications.
