Tri Iso Super solution for warm roof
system

Tri Iso Super 9 was chosen for the insulation as it provides good thermal performance and is easy to install

The Barns, a former working farm at Whitehow Head in Egremont, Cumbria was the first Property Development Project for CPMS UK The high specification dwellings were to be constructed within the former hayloft, cow stalls, feed stores and other traditional farm buildings

The result was high quality, handcrafted, solid timber structures which were constructed utilising a Swedish log cabin design installed within the existing sandstone and brick fascias.

As one of the company's main aims is to provide a superior quality product they looked to the A Proctor Group to provide a solution for the warm roof system.

Tri Iso Super 9 was chosen for the insulation as it provides good thermal performance and is easy to install.

Being only 25mm thick, minimum space is required in order to achieve the required u-values.

The A Proctor Group's high specification vapour permeable underlay, Roofshield was also used on the roofs of this prestige project.

Roofshield is a triple laminate underlay with one of the highest breathabilities available.

Roofshield can be used on both warm and cold pitched roofs without the requirement of ventilation to the roofspace, and is covered by two British Board of Agrement Certificates 96/3220 for use in warm roofs, and 99/3648 for use in cold pitched roofs.
