Church kept watertight during refurbishment period because the architect had specified the best membrane for the job - Roofshield.

Our Lady and St Andrew RC Church in Galashiels.

The parishioners at Our Lady and St.Andrew RC Church in Galashiels have still been able to attend services during the recent re-roof of their church.

The contractor was required to keep the church watertight during the refurbishment period, and was therefore pleased that the architect had specified the best membrane for the job - Roofshield.

Roofshield is a high specification, triple laminate vapour permeable underlay which not only has excellent water hold out properties, but is also the most permeable membrane available on the market.

Supplied by the A.Proctor Group of Blairgowrie, Roofshield carries two British Board of Agrement Certificates and can be used in both warm and cold pitched roofs without the requirement of ventilation to the roofspace.
