Sedgefield Council.
During the recent re-roof of Sedgefield District Council's offices in Country Durham, it was necessary to maintain the watertightness of the roof whilst works were being carried out.
Therefore, the membrane of choice was Roofshield by the A.Proctor Group of Blairgowrie.
Wensley Roofing chose Roofshield as it is a high quality vapour permeable underlay and is one of the market leaders in this field.
Roofshield can be used in both warm and cold pitched roofs without the requirement to ventilate below the underlay.
Roofshield carries two British Board of Agrement Certificates, numbers 96/3220 and 99/3648 for these applications.
The A.
Proctor Group also supplied PR Nails - a helixical, stainless steel fixing - which were used to hold down the Tri Iso Super 9 which was used as the roofing insulation.
