Architects Bruce and Neil based in Fort William specified ROOFSHIELD high performance breather membrane for installation on the roof of the development.

Proctor Group who for over 40 years has been serving the Construction Industry with an extensive portfolio of technically advanced Membrane, Acoustic and Thermal products.
The result of a 5 year intensive research and development programme and 10 years market experience gives ROOFSHIELD its unrivalled pedigree when used in pitched roof applications.
It is the highest performing triple laminate vapour permeable roof underlay available on the market today.
It has excellent water hold out properties and carries 2 British Board of Agreement Certificates for use in warm BBA96/3220 and cold BBA99/3648 pitched roofs without the need for expensive ventilation to the roof-space.
A moisture vapour permeability of 2409 g/m2/day and water vapour resistance of 0.09MNs/g with the added benefit of air permeability confirms its high performance.
Roofshield is compatible with the main types of timber treatments used today on rafters, soft wood sarking boards and tile battens.
ROOFSHIELD does not suffer from the wind noise problems associated with other lighter weight breather membranes.
