To surmount the problems of out of level sub floors AFS Interiors of Nottingham, installed Profloor Levelling System so that a level finished floor could be laid.

Situated off London Road/Queens Road, Nottingham, the former Textile Factory and Dye Works of Hicking Pentecost has been sympathetically refurbished by contractors Laing O Rourke in a £21m redevelopment to provide modern age living accommodation in 275 apartments.

To surmount the problems of out of level sub floors AFS Interiors of Nottingham, installed Profloor Levelling System so that a level finished floor could be laid.

Profloor Levelling System is manufactured and marketed by the A.Proctor Group of Blairgowrie.

It offers many advantages in both new build and refurbishment situations.

The system will contribute towards meeting the statutory impact and airborne requirements of the Building Regulations depending on the sub floor construction.

Plastic packing pieces inserted in each base allow the battens supporting the floor finish to be adjusted for level.

A further advantage of the system is that it allows services to run under the void, subject to depth restraints.

Profloor Levelling System is part of the extensive range of Acoustic products manufactured by the A.
