Prestigious apartments have been built by Barratt Homes at the Royal Victoria Dock, East London.

To assist in making the podium area watertight whilst achieving thermal requirements, Building Innovation of Southam, Warwickshire chose Prodeck insulated tapered roofing system.

The whole area required falls and was to be overlaid with paving as a finished substrate.

Building Innovation designed a full tapered scheme utilising Prodeck tapered roofing system - designed and developed to overcome "ponding" problems as well as meeting insulation requirements.

The complete installation was carried out by Specialist Roofing Services from Essex.

Building Innovation and SRS chose Prodeck because it provides: Long Term stability.

High compressive strength.

Low moisture absorption.

High Vapour resistance.

Low thermal conductivity Furthermore, Prodeck is supplied in a single layer unlike traditional multilayered systems.

The A.Proctor Group have dedicated personnel who can provide computerised layout drawings utilising AutoCAD.

They can also offer a survey of existing roofs as part of this design service.
