To surmount the problems of out of level sub-floors Ian Simpson Architects of London approved the use of Proctor Profloor Levelling System which was installed by Ruddy Joinery based in Flitwick, Bedfordshire Profloor Levelling System is manufactured and marketed by the A.Proctor Group of Blairgowrie and offers many advantages in both new build and refurbishment situations.

The system will contribute towards meeting the statutory impact and airborne requirements of the Building Regulations depending on the sub floor construction.

Packing pieces inserted in each base allow the battens supporting the floor finish to be adjusted for level.

A further advantage allows services to be run between the battens subject to sufficient depth.
