Tamarama is a beach side eastern suburb of Sydney, affectionately nicknamed Glamourama by the locals, as it is a beach where the seriously beautiful and trend setters come to sunbathe and swim or just to be seen Tamarama has a small but perfectly formed ocean beach located about 1 kilometre south of the world famous Bondi Beach and a couple of hundred metres north of Bronte Beach

First boat to use Spacetherm insulation
The A Proctor Group's Spacetherm, originally used to insulate NASA astronauts in space, is now being used to insulate Lulama, a 40ft wide beam, Caribbean cruiser.
The architects in order to make best use of a long narrow site designed a warm pitched roof on two levels insulating above the rafters with Deckmate Styrofoam thus using the loft space to maximum effect with large windowed gable ends looking out towards the Pacific Ocean.
Australia recently ratified the Kyoto Climate Protocol in December but the construction industry has over the past few years has been coming to terms with the requirement to insulate homes and commercial buildings.
A Proctor Group Roofshield and Frameshield 100 were selected as the roofing and wall underlays due to the membranes high vapour permeability.
The membranes also provide temporary waterproofing during construction and a secondary waterproofing layer for the life of the building preventing moisture ingress into the structure.
As well as being the most breathable products on the market, being manufactured from 100% recyclable Polypropylene means they will not be subject to the deterioration or corrosion from the salty air in coastal regions.
