A Polypipe Ventilation product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Feb 25, 2010

Polypipe Ventilation has had its Domus Supertube ducting installed into a housing association development as part of the Exhaust Air Heat Pump system.

Ducrow Court, the Knightstone Housing Association development in Bristol, comprises 60 homes designed to meet the Code for Sustainable Homes.

The apartments feature energy efficient lighting, under floor heating and a NIBE Exhaust Air Heat Pump system operating with Domus Supertube 125 flat channel ducting, with dimensions of 204x60mm.

The Domus system works particularly well with the NIBE equipment due to its effective air flow performance and leakage rates, helping NIBE units to work at optimum efficiency.

The Domus range features the a wide selection of plastic ventilation ducting products including an extensive range of fittings and outlets to ensure installations benefit from the most efficient ducting route.

Specifying premium engineered ventilation ducting such as the Domus system reduces sourcing, design, installation and operating costs.
