Aqualux wins contract to install its latest modular shower panels and Elite Classic bath screen into the newly built Park Inn Hotel, on the Leigh Sports Village development, Greater Manchester.
The Sports Village, which has hopes to host athletes at the 2012 Olympics, will be home to a new 10,000 seat sports stadium and arena as well as residential and leisure facilities including a cinema and restaurants.
The Park Inn Hotel opens later this year, located opposite the stadium it will offer 135 modern and stylish and comfortable guest bedrooms styled in the colourful Park Inn red, blue and yellow colours.
Aqualux submitted a number of different designs to achieve the minimalistic wetroom that the Park Inn Hotel required.
89, 1000mm Modular Shower Panels were installed using the innovative floor to ceiling fixtures which provided a durable and flexible showering solution that complemented the contemporary design of the hotel.
A further 15 Elite Classic bath screens were installed into rooms that offer baths only and took just two weeks to complete.
John Clarkson from contract partners Hingham Manor said: "We wanted the shower panels to complement the contemporary design of the guest rooms at the Park Inn Hotel and Aqualux surpassed our expectations with its stylish minimalistic wet room that was bang on brief not only in terms of design but also the quality of the manufacturing and easy to install design".
Combining convenience and style, the versatile Modular Glass Panels can be combined to create a spacious enclosure to suit any shape or size requirements, offering an easily accessible walk-in shower solution.
The modular glass panels individually attach to the ceiling, designed with a 20mm adjustment for easy installation the 8mm easy clean, limescale resistant clear glass panels, complete with silver polished effect frame.
