To commence, Ardex's Surface Damp Proof Membrane Ardex DPM, which has been created to be compatible with Ardex's range of commercial flooring systems, was applied to the 1700m2 floor.

ARDITEX latex smoothing compound was applied directly to the Ardex DPM to provide a smooth surface ready to receive the Ardex floorcovering adhesive.

To complete the project, the vinyl floorcovering was fixed with Ardex AF 150 flooring adhesive which is perfect for use within hospital environments due to its solvent free formulation and additional benefits of low odour and high yield.
Ideal for the application of PVC/Vinyl floorcoverings, including sheet and tiles with foam and PVC backings, Ardex AF 150 has a long tack time plus good early and long term strength.
