Arnold Laver Timber World will plant a tree for every person to register their details with them at Ecobuild 2008.

Arnold Laver Timber World is showcasing its environmental accolades at the annual Ecobuild 2008 conference at Earls Court, London on February 26-28 The national company is making the tree planting gesture as a sign of their eco-friendly approach in the timber industry

All of Arnold Laver's Timber World Branches are accredited by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) and BM TRADA Forest Products (CSA, MTCC and SFI).

The accolades provide their customers with the confidence that the majority of Arnold Laver's timber and wood-based products are from legal, well-managed forests.

Danback is a flexible wood backing system which supports cabinets, shelves, hand-rails, wall mounted sinks and counters, while reducing installation time by an estimated 90 per cent.

"It also provides the company with a real opportunity to shout about their latest business developments and products to a massive audience from within the industry.

The Danback is our latest product which is making great waves in the trade".

Ecobuild will see more than 500 exhibitors, 500 expert speakers and 100 individual conference and seminars at the event.

Key issues will involve zero carbon, water management, renewable services, natural materials and urban design.

There will be addresses from well-known names such as Janet Street-Porter, Kirtsy Lang and Wayne Hemmingway - a fashion designer turned architect who is producing more affordable housing.

Ecobuild 2008 takes place at the same time as two other dedicated conference events including Cityscape and Futurebuild, which explores the future innovations in the construction industry.
