The key to the customer experience at Western Mercedes-Benz, is known as the 'drum', a double height circular punctuation through the showroom from floor to roof level.
Taking prominence directly in front of the main entrance reception, the inner part of the 'drum' provides comfort for visitors by way of lounge facilities.
