solution for Arup

David Whittleton, Group Commercial Director for Arup, says: "The new Extensity MPC solution will provide us with an improved business forecasting and planning tool to support engineering projects and will help us to model scenarios on a global basis".
Arup has committed to 1000 users, with an option to increase license seats over the next 12 months.
The contract for MPC will provide Arup with extensive analysis, planning and budgeting capabilities.
Arup selected MPC based on its planning functionality and its ability to support Arup's ongoing business needs.
"Extensity continues to expand its reach in the marketplace, as evidenced by this important win," said Jim McDevitt, SVP and General Manager of Extensity's Performance Management group.
"Our customers are turning to Extensity for a comprehensive solution that provides leadership and guidance to executives, operational managers, and board members".

At any one time it can have over 10,000 projects running concurrently.
The UK operation comprises 20 offices and notable landmark projects include proposing and securing the route change for the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, The Eden Project and the Manchester stadium built for the Commonwealth Games.
