Association for Specialist Fire Protection has won two separate prizes for 'The most progress reported in Qualifying the Specialist Workforce' in back-to-back months.
The Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP), the UK organisation representing more than 60 companies specialising in the manufacture, installation and testing of passive fire protection materials, has won two separate prizes for 'The most progress reported in Qualifying the Specialist Workforce' in back-to-back months The prizes, totaling GBP1,000, are awarded by the National Specialist Contractors Council (NSCC); the umbrella body that marshals the common aims of specialist trade organisations within the construction industry and represents the interests of specialist contractors at Government level

Trade association members must operate an NSCC Code of Conduct, which requires its members to have in place a formal written complaints procedure; be committed to protecting the environment; have appropriate Employer's Liability insurance and be committed to promoting quality and standards.
