Construction industry software house launches Sage integrated Construct100 job costing and estimating system.

Construction industry software house ATW Computer Services Ltd have embarked on a programme of converting all 200+ existing sites and the new software is generating tremendous industry interest Construct100 is a Microsoft Visual Basic program operating with a Microsoft SQL Database providing the IT standards and features demanded by the market

Construct100 is a fully integrated modular package handling estimating, contract job costing, reactive maintenance job costing and key event diary.

The Estimating module covers from enquiry receipt, through sub-contract and supplier enquiry, cost comparison, global and itemised mark-up and adjustments, to tender submission and follow-up.

The core Contracts module covers from order receipt, including estimate conversion, sub-contract CIS, retention, certificates and insurances; full purchase order processing including plant hire; timesheet and payroll integration; nominal transactions; stock integration; sales valuations, retentions, applications, etc.

The Reactive Maintenance module covers job costing for call out work for high volume, small value work based on agreed callout and labour rates.

ATW Computer Services Ltd is a Sage Developer and Software House providing IT network consultancy and solutions specifically targeted at the construction industry.
