Aura Corporation can now supply retro-fit conversion kits to convert old and inefficient light fittings to produce highly efficient Actulite polarised daylight lighting.

This is likely to be popular with organisations, which for various reasons, need to retain existing luminaires The kit consists of a 'ready to install' geartray complete with fused terminal block, high frequency control gear, all wiring and triphosphor colour 865 lamps, and a purpose made Actulite multi layer polarising panel

The result of the Retro-fit Conversion kit is to create a glare-free equivalent natural daylight working environment with near 100% colour rendition, and similar to the light on a bright, but slightly overcast Spring morning.

The key item for these conversions is the AuraMag panel, which magnetically attaches to the 'T' bar or luminaire body without any screws or fixings.

The satin aluminium framed AuraMag panel creates a prestigious appearance, and also makes luminaire maintenance quick and easy.

Commenting on the Retro-fit Conversion kit, Tony Morrey, Chairman of Aura Corporation said, "We can create a bespoke conversion kit to fit any size or shape of an existing luminaire".

"This allows premises to benefit from highly efficient daylight lighting whilst minimising refurbishment costs, and is an advantage to facilities with purpose-built luminaires".

"We can also supply the Retro-fit Conversion kits with the Actulite Superlife option, giving a written 80,000-hour guarantee of maintenance free operation, including tubes".
