Autodesk moves a step closer to becoming the industry standard platform for building services design.
Subscribers to Autodesk Building Systems will be automatically upgraded with a new version of Autodesk Building Systems Tools (ABS Tools) This new release gives mechanical, heating and plumbing engineers more key UK-specific content, plus increased functionality to further streamline workflow

Autodesk Revit software applications for Building Information Modelling (BIM) specifically designed for personal computers using Windows 64-bit operating systems, are now available.
New content includes additional DW/144 compliant duct fittings and greater support for UK ductwork standards as well as new MvParts across all disciplines, including many new parametric items.
There are also new pipe catalogues (including cast iron and crimped) supporting more flange types as well as localised wire sizing databases and tools for dynamically rotating and re-positioning in-line equipment.
