Steadmans manufactured and supplied all AS35/1000 composite roof and wall panels required by contractors J. Wareing and Son to design and build their own new fabrication workshop.

Alco Beldan have completed an installation at a recently renovated property in North London which used to be the home of the golden couple Lulu and the late Maurice Gibb.
The 80mm thick roof panels were specified in Merlin Grey (18B25) and the 60mm thick wall panels in Olive Green (12B27) to blend sympathetically with the surrounding countryside.
The AS35 panels are manufactured in a quality process certified to ISO 9001:2000 using non-ozone depleting technology offering designers an environmentally responsible product with excellent thermal performance and a predicted service life of 40 years.
Steadmans also supplied Wareings with all the matching gutters, flashings, sealants and accessories required to complete the building envelope.
AS35 panels can be specified to achieve insulation U-values down as low as 0.19 W/m2K.
The composite panels are also Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) approved and fully compatible with all Steadmans other pre-engineered construction products such as gutters, flashings, rooflights and fixings.
As well as manufacturing a wide range of roofing, cladding and bespoke flashing materials for industrial, commercial and agricultural applications, Steadmans supply a full selection of cold rolled purlins, side rails and accessories for the structural steelwork market.
With extensive manufacturing, storage, transport and administration facilities all located on one 50,000 square metre site, the company is extremely flexible and able to satisfy customers' needs for a quick delivery service nation-wide.
