Avalon Timber Frame Homes are looking for a limited number of builders who are experienced in providing the quality, finish and service levels demanded at the top end of the market.

Avalon Timber Frame Homes, as the name suggests, is a timber frame specialist.

The Company claims to be positioned firmly at the quality end of the market.

In order to meet its ever growing order book, Avalon is seeking to establish a national network of builders with a similar quality ethic, to partner future developments by subcontracting all other building services from ground works to roofing.

Avalon uses a Scandinavian inspired close panel system, supplemented by a high efficiency thermal insulation package, Swedish triple glazing, high quality doors and high performance, flooring platforms that incorporate engineered joists and floating floors.

"In the past, Avalon's potential has been restricted by its inability to offer complete build packages nationwide," said Nick Whitehorn, Avalon Managing Director.

"Our real expertise is in the design, manufacture and erection of the frame itself using the Scandinavia inspired Avalon closed panel system".
