Fit and forget security cylinder from Avocet

Avocet's ABS Snap Secure Cylinder was the focus of the company's stand at the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) exhibition at the Harrogate International Centre in June.

Visitors to the stand included key decision makers, specifiers and residents who were able to see the security benefits of installing the ABS Snap Secure Cylinders in their housing stock.

The ABS Snap Secure Cylinder is bump resistant, pick resistant and snap secure.

It achieved PAS024 tests without additional security measures like security handles or cylinder guards.

The cylinder has Kitemark certification and Secured by Design status.

It is a fit and forget security system which can be installed in new housing developments and easily retrofitted in existing housing.
