Local Authority Building Control (LABC) is a public accountable independent building control advisor dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in building construction and design.
LABC's aim is to assist in producing high quality buildings that meet all relevant Building Regulations within a time scale that allows costs to be kept minimal.
This is achieved by providing a fast, effective and cost conscious building control service.
Each year throughout the UK, LABC organises Built in Quality Award Schemes that identify good standards of building practice.
The awards are highly respected in the construction industry and are known for objectively identifying and rewarding those who achieve exceptional standards within construction across a wide range of building categories.
