Market Square is a stunning and unique high density mixed-use scheme.

Situated in the market district of the city centre known as St John's urban village, which is hailed as the new cultural centre of the city, the development is a key feature in Wolverhampton's exciting rejuvenation.

Built in an arcade-style setting, in excess of 250,000 Gilt Orange Bricks were supplied by Baggeridge to help form the envelope of the building which comprises 64 one and two bedroom apartments, a unique three-storey penthouse and four commercial units.

The development has also seen the creation of a brand new market square.

She continues: "As a Sedgley-based firm, we were able to draw on our knowledge of the area and of local authority planning requirements to advise Kendrick Construction on exactly the right products for the job and ones which would best 'suit' the environment".

The scheme was carried out with Kendrick Developments as the overall developer, alongside Kendrick Construction as builder.

KingsOak were chosen to take the completed apartments for sale and Peter Maddox and Associates purchased the ground floor retail units.
