Baggeridge has invested in state-of-the-art architectural software to enable its in-house Design Services team to create bespoke computer generated illustrations.

In a move that reinforces its ongoing commitment to self-builders, leading brick manufacturer Baggeridge has invested in state-of-the-art architectural software to enable its in-house Design Services team to create bespoke computer generated illustrations The complimentary visualisation service is specifically targeted at self-builders to help bring their new build plans to life and could in some circumstances help to show planning authorities the impact of the new build in the surrounding area

Richard Healey, design services manager comments: "The motivation behind our decision to launch the service comes after feedback from self-builders who were frustrated with the fact that they were unable to visualise how their property would look once completed even though the choice of building materials is key to the success of any self build project.

"This service will not only provide self builders with an impression of the finished project, but will also help determine precise brickwork details to ensure cost-effectiveness".

The Design Services team have created three self-build style homes, all of which will be on display at this year's Homebuilding and Renovating Show, which visitors to the stand can see rendered in a selection of bricks.

Self builders who would like to receive free rendered imagery are welcome to visit the Baggeridge stand and either leave a copy of their plans or forward their plans following the exhibition and select up to three brick types to see their home rendered in.

They can even leave a picture of the plot of land and have their new home positioned on the actual plot.
