Baggeridge Brick has announced positive changes to its trading hours and working procedures after consultation with a wide cross section of its customers.

Baggeridge Brick has announced positive changes to its trading hours and working procedures after consultation with a wide cross section of its customers Internal procedures have been reviewed and there are a number of changes currently in progress that will enable the company to build on the services already offered to its customers

To continuously build on its sales in a competitive environment, Baggeridge has increased trading hours of its head office workforce.

By doing this, not only will it ensure that customers can contact the team around the working day clock, but will also position Baggeridge as being a company that understands the way in which its customers operate.

In addition, new trading relationships are being initiated to ensure specific contacts are assigned to each key customer.

'Twinning' is being introduced, where customers have one contact at head office and one contact from the external sales team.

Having these dedicated communication channels who have an in-depth knowledge of the business and products, will go some way towards that all important relationship building.

At Baggeridge, a new national price list has also recently been completed so that merchants can see the breadth of its product range.

In addition, comprehensive information and details on load size options and discount packages are also featured.

Baggeridge's young management team has played an integral role in developing these changes.

It is confident that they will help to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction and a seamless, quality service.

Mark Morris, sales director at Baggeridge, believes that these small changes will make a huge difference to the way in which the company operates.
