The unique new 3857 Sandflex Easy-Cut Bi-metal Bandsaw Blade from Bahco Metal Saws Ltd virtually eliminates problems of blade choice for multi-purpose cutting.

The patented tooth design of the Easy-Cut family of blades allows the same TPI (Tooth Per Inch) to be used for different materials, shapes and sizes, prevents tooth stripping and minimises premature wear, thus ensuring longer blade life and less downtime - all at comparable prices to existing Sandflex blades.

The unique patented tooth design of the 3857 Sandflex Easy-Cut blade ensures a much wider cutting range than a conventional design, for the same TPI.

Thus only 4 blade sizes need to be stocked to cover up a wide range of material sizes (1mm - 200mm) and types.

The Easy-cut is suitable for cutting non-ferrous materials including plastics, mild and low alloy steels, cast steel and alloys, and even tool and stainless steels.
