Designed and manufactured in Sweden, the Balco system is suitable for the refurbishment of flats, apartments and housing association blocks, for use in urban regeneration projects to create more desirable areas in which to live and in the refurbishment of the facade of a property to create an attractive new look Widely used throughout Scandinavia and Northern Europe, the Balco system has been used to extend, renovate and enhance tens of thousands of balconies and patios
