Basta Parsons has introduced its brand new 3 Way Adjustable Flag Hinge to its Conqueror range of products with varying levels of height, compression and lateral adjustability.
Lister Locks is based in Ipswich, on a site in excess of 125,000 sq.ft.
The company has developed into a national distribution centre, supplying all major builders' merchants across the UK with a range of locks, security fittings, fixings and architectural ironmongery.
The company has in-house production facilities for pre-packing goods and also has commercial interests in India and Hong Kong/China.
Since the late 1980's Basta has completed many acquisitions including 'Worcester Parsons' formerly part of the Newman Tonks Group in 1998, 'Lathams' in 2000 which brought the Conqueror and Gibbons brands and Arthur Shaw in 2001.
Basta already has two manufacturing facilities, a 105,000 sq.ft.factory in Sligo and a 35,000 sq.ft.
in Wolverhampton.
Basta manufactures a large range of hardware products for Timber, Steel, Aluminium and PVC doors and windows.
This range includes stays, fasteners, locks, handles, espagnolette rails, hinges etc Listers product range will further add to this already broad product offering but it will also open up new and exciting markets in terms of distribution and packaging.
These developments are an essential part of Basta's strategic plan, providing opportunities to further grow the business and expand into new markets.
