A Balfour Beatty product story
Edited by the Buildingtalk editorial team Jul 27, 2007

Balfour Kilpatrick has been awarded a GBP10m contract for supply and installation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing services for Paradise Project in Liverpool.

The Paradise Project is a large GBP920m retail-led mixed-use development comprising over 30 individual buildings, each having its own distinctive character.

The ultimate client for the regeneration of this 42-acre scheme is Grosvenor, with Balfour Beatty Construction acting as the main contractor.

Balfour Kilpatrick is involved in the east side of The Paradise Project, bringing back to life the area around Blue Coat Chambers, the oldest building in Liverpool.

The contract is due to start in August 2007 with a completion date of November 2008 when Liverpool will be the European Capital of Culture.
