Balfour Kilpatric awarded GBP3m contract to provide design, supply and installation services for a new court building at Caernarfon Criminal Justice Centre.
The new court building in Wales, a project which is one of a series being procured under the Private Developer Scheme Initiative, will be a 4,000m2 four-court facility comprising a magistrates' court, two Crown courts and one youth court There will also be a Welsh language unit

Balfour Kilpatrick has been awarded a GBP10m contract for supply and installation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing services for Paradise Project in Liverpool.
The property has been forward sold to London and Capital.
