Balfour Kilpatrick win Anniesland College contract

Balfour Kilpatrick awarded GBP4.3m contract for the supply and installation of the mechanical building services to the new Anniesland College Hatfield Campus in Glasgow

Anniesland College is undertaking a full new build of its existing Hatfield Drive Campus which will be constructed in two phases over the next three years.

Balfour Kilpatrick is providing the mechanical building services to the new campus which include low temperature hot water heating systems, chilled water system, close control installation, various supply and extract systems including smoke vent, BMS/automatic control installation, above ground drainage and plumbing systems, workshop specialist gases installation and commissioning of the works.

Balfour Kilpatrick will start on site in March 2008 for client HBG Construction with a completion date of December 2008 for the teaching block, and March 2010 for the workshop and technical studies block.

The ultimate client is Anniesland College.
