BBS can now offer a full Building Regulation service on all types of house-building, extension or construction work.
From October 2005 Approved Inspectors have been able to carry out Building Regulation plans approval and site checking on residential developments.
This enables developers and others constructing new homes to have a choice of Building Regs supplier.
(Previously this was only carried out by the Local Authority or NHBC).
BBS can now offer a full Building Regulation service on all types of house-building, extension or construction work.
