Benfield ATT create several new jobs around the UK and in their South Wales office.
One of the UK's leading Timber Frame Construction firms - Benfield ATT - will create several new jobs around the UK and in their South Wales office.
In a national recruitment drive, the Award-Winning firm is looking to expand its Site Services Department.
Although the number of jobs created is yet unknown, there will be positions for Construction Managers, Site Supervisors, Carpenters and Erection Team Leaders up for grabs.
The recruitment drive is backed by the Director team as well as the CITB, with MD Professor Michael Benfield commenting 'We really believe that by investing in our Management and on-site construction teams, we will endeavour to combat the skills shortage, and indeed contribute to the upskilling of our on-site labour'.
In 2004 Benfield ATT was awarded with the Welsh Development Agency's 'Best Performing Company in South Wales' Award, as well as Wales' first ever Business in the Community 'Big Tick' Award for Impact Upon Society.
Having also been awarded Investor in People status in February 2004, the company is well on it's way to becoming a dominant player in Timber Frame construction.
Described as an 'example of a thriving Welsh company' by Janet Reed OBE, Board Member of Business in the Community, Benfield ATT aims to attract the best talent in the timber frame construction industry.
Personnel Officer Yvonne Lampert said 'we are recruiting at both local and national levels and have a lot to offer ambitious and experienced timber frame professionals who wish to develop their career at a time when the business is getting extremely exciting'.
