The Enigma Business Park Partnership is a flourishing business initiative, which was set up by local bodies, including the District Council and Chamber of Commerce in 1998.
Since then the partnership has signed up over 40 companies, who all work together to secure the benefits of joint procurement and environmental improvements.
Durable, recyclable and low maintenance, aluminium has been preferred choice for doors and windows for all the commercial units built on the Business Park since it opened.
Lye Valley Windows fabricated 30 side-hung casement windows with 150mm cills for the project from Beaufort's Classic Deep Direct Fix system.
The 70mm frames feature a high security external glazed Euro Vent and are specified in an attractive blue polyester powder paint finish.
Beaufort offers a range of stock and special colours that are produced to comply with BS 6496: 1984 and are highly resistant to the pollution and grime that can discolour many other types of frames.
The new business unit also benefits from two heavy-duty exterior doors, also manufactured from Beaufort's Classic Direct Fix System and colour-matched to the windows.
The specification of blue tinted low-e glazing completes the building's striking colour co-ordinated faandccedil;ade.
Established for over 30 years, Excel of Malvern is a longstanding customer of Lye Valley Windows and has been installing Beaufort's aluminium system for a number of years.
The company supplies doors, windows and conservatories to all market sectors.
"We also offer PVC-U and Hardwood Effect options but aluminium is always the first choice for commercial projects like this because of its inherent strength, slim sightlines and green credentials," says Paul Mitchell, Director of Excel.
"The contract at Enigma Business Park went even more smoothly than we expected".
"Indeed, we always get excellent service from Lye Valley Windows and neither they nor the Beaufort System have ever let us down.".
