'Stainless Solutions for a Sustainable Future' Conference

A comprehensive six paged programme and booking form on the forthcoming 'Stainless Solutions for a Sustainable Future' Conference on Thursday April 3rd and Friday the 4th is now available from the organisers, the British Stainless Steel Association [BSSA] Celebrating the 90th anniversary of the discovery of stainless steel by Sheffield metallurgist Harry Brearley, this special Conference, sponsored by AvestaPolarit, will be relevant to all companies and organisations with an interest in stainless steel and in sustainable business development

The first day's programme at Rotherham's award winning Magna Science Adventure Centre will be divided into four sessions, covering energy, human and environmental health and materials, concluding with three different examples of sustainable policy in action.

At the conclusion of the formal agenda, delegates will have the chance to visit the Magna Centre itself, before attending a dinner in the evening at the Sheffield Hilton Hotel.- On the second morning delegates will have the option to join either a guided tour around the Castings Technology International [Cti] Research Centre, or the new Sheffield Millennium Galleries and Winter Gardens, before a works tour and buffet lunch at AvestaPolarit's state-of-the-art production facilities.

Exhibition space will be available in the hall next to the conference auditorium which will be used by delegates for lunch and breaks.
