Biscoe + Stanton has completed Peel House, a development of apartments adjacent to Newmarket training gallops.

London-based architect Biscoe + Stanton has completed Peel House, a £5 million gated development of 21 luxuriously appointed apartments adjacent to Newmarket training gallops - the training ground owned by the Jockey Club - for developer Helmwall Holdings Limited Set in an acre of land, the three storey development comprises a mixture of spacious one, two, three and four bedroom apartments

Designed by the architects to complement Peel House's unique setting, first and second floor apartments feature 'cricket pavilion' style balconies and ground floor units, small private patios, all maximising the surrounding panoramic views.

A palette of local colours and durable materials to include cream brick, pale cast stone and hardwood and white painted timber has also been used.

Tim Brennan, partner, Biscoe + Stanton said: "We are delighted to have been appointed by Helmwall to work on this exciting project".

"Peel House is an exceptional development in a truly exceptional setting and we look forward to working on similar projects in the future".

Finished to an exceptionally high standard, each home features for example an individually designed kitchen from Pepper Kitchens, David Chipperfield sanitary ware to the bathrooms and comfortable under-floor heating.

The latest 'whole house' communications system covering TV, audio, telephones, computer internet and home security is also included.
