In line with the EU's recent RoHS Directive, BigHead Bonding Fasteners has now standardised on a new chrome-free zinc-passive finish for the mild steel range of its famous BigHead bonding fasteners.
New distribution agreements have also been established in America and Australia, with further European coverage being negotiated in Finland, Switzerland, Belgium and Portugal.
"After forty years", says BigHead's new MD Brian Giddings, "we're pretty well known around the industrial world".
"For the last year, though, we've experienced a strong upsurge in enquiries and orders from Europe - particularly in the Auto industry's Tier 1 Suppliers sector - which prompted us to expand our distributor coverage".
