BirdcontrolUK recently designed and supplied the anti roosting pigeon spikes for the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot racecourse.

The Swedish construction company required an unobtrusive and humane system to keep the pigeons off the supporting beams, but where does a Swedish company start to look for pigeon deterrents in the UK Through recommendations from other UK companies we were contacted and asked to design a system for the curved beams

The Stainless steel spike system was recommended which was able to cover the wide beams up to 12" wide, 316 grade stainless steel spikes set into a polycarbonate base.

They were impressed with our recommendations and subsequently placed the order with ourselves and the system was 100% successful in keeping her majesty pigeon free.

All of our spikes are harmless to birds and are recommended by the RSPB.

We have a full range of bird control systems including spikes, netting, birdwire, coils and can supply and install nationwide.
