Design Engineer for Denman Group wins
trophy
James Peckitt, Design Engineer for the Denman Group, was winner of the 2007 Alan Moor Trophy, presented at the Institute of Refrigeration's Annual Golf Day.
James joins an illustrious list of winners of the Alan Moor Trophy which is presented each year in memory of Alan, a well loved and highly popular former MD of Bitzer UK who sadly died in 1998 James won the trophy for achieving the best individual score
James has been working at Denman's for over two years and specialises in refrigeration system design.
He also has a keen interest in training and is a highly active member of the IOR Training Committee.
During his time at Denman James has also had the opportunity to get involved in many different projects and events, from carbon dioxide lectures in Italy to recruitment events.
His interest in refrigeration technology goes back to his days in the Royal Engineers where he originally trained as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer.
He left the Royal Engineers to join Denman.
