Black and Veatch is re-structuring its UK operations as vertically-integrated company, moving away from holding a set of complementary subsidiary UK companies.
As the 10th anniversary of its establishment in the UK Water sector approaches, Black and Veatch is re-structuring its UK operations as vertically-integrated company, moving away from holding a set of complementary subsidiary UK companies A new UK management Board, headed by David Nickols, President, Water Europe division, is implementing this transition and from 1st October replaces the existing separate boards for Black and Veatch Ltd., Black and Veatch Contracting Ltd., Black and Veatch Consulting Ltd., and Black and Veatch Refurbishments Ltd
